Guts was a site specific installation made at ARC Gallery in Chicago, IL. It was made of 10,000 linear feet of sisal twine fiber that was molded with glue into tubular forms and then sewn together into a cavelike structure that enveloped the room. Behind the fibrous forms were clusters of lightbulbs that emitted a red light.
