The Black Swan 2001

The Black Swan was a kinetic sculpture made out of steel mesh, mixed fabrics, sequins, feathers and hundreds of lightbulbs. A motion sensor triggered a motor on the sculpture that rocked the whole thing back and forth in a wild, clanking and flashing dance.
